SHIPPING: PRIORITY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR OUR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS. HOWEVER, IT IS HARD TO GUARANTEE 3-4 DAY SHIPPING TO OUR AMERICAN NEIGHBOURS. THAT BEING SAID, WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO GET YOU YOUR SHIPMENT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS ALL VIA CANADA POST A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED IN YOUR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL SO YOU MAY TRACK YOUR PURCHASE.

LOSS: IN THE RARE EVENT A PACKAGE DOES NOT REACH YOU, YOU HAVE UP TO 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE ORDER WAS MADE TO CLAIM A LOSS WITH YOUR LOCAL POSTAL OR CUSTOMS OFFICE.
